Shipping policy

• Delivery time is up to 5 or 6 business days according to the courier company.
• The order is sent on the day the bank transfer is received in the company account.
•  After we send the order, we provide you the parcel label number for tracking on the web site of DPD.
• Delivery is made to the customer’s chosen address.
• Тhe choice of the supplier is made by F.M.B  and is the most favorable for our customers.
• The price charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and volume of your products, and your location.
• We do not ship goods on Sundays.
• Your order may be delayed for up to 2 days due to the fact that the courier company doesn’t work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Please make sure the information you send to us is the best way we can contact you.
• Please make sure all your contact information is correct and current.We are not responsible if the information you send us is typed incorrectly .
• Orders placed before 14:00pm are dispatched the same day. Orders after 14:00pm will be shipped the next working day.
• The processing time of your goods is up to 24 hours.
• We do not deliver on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as well as on public holidays.
