Return and Refund Policies
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt
- Damaged or missing product must be communicated to a Customer Service Representative within 24 hours of receipt.
- Return freight paid by customer.
- Shipping charges are due in any case, and are to be paid by the customer, even if goods that have been regularly ordered are returned to the sender. Any return charges to For My Bees warehouse, shall be paid by the customer.
- Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange provided that they are returned in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging) and unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 14 calendar days following delivery of the goods.
- Goods may be returned to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days providing they are undamaged and we receive proof of purchase
- In case our company delivers the wrong items. we will replace the items and the shipping cost are at our expense.
- Please note that the return costs will usually not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
- If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by phone on the number shown on your order invoice or by email at office@formybees.com stating your order number.
- Cancellation must be received within 24 hours of ordering. If you notify us for a cancellation later than 24 hours after placing the order, we will do our best to accept your request provided we haven’t processed or dispatched your order yet.
- If you have canceled the order and we have sent it, shipping costs will be paid by customer
- Send us the product you want to return within 14 days
- In case we did not send your order,аs soon as we accept your cancellation request for an item, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item’s postage charge. Refunds may take a few days to reach you, according to the policies set out by our payment processing partner Paypal and Stripe at www.paypal.com www.stripe.com
- Until any purchased items are returned to us, you are responsible for their safe keeping and for taking reasonable care of themWe recommend that you use postal insurance for any returns, as we do not accept liability for damaged or lost packages during transit back to us.
• Upon return product will be inspected by a quality assurance team member. If it is determined product has been opened, defaced, or relabeled For My Bees reserves all rights to dispose of product and withhold refund.
